My meeting with the Town Planner was cancelled and will have to be rescheduled. When that happens, I'll post my notes here.
This is the next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting. We are on the Agenda as a continuation of the last meeting. I think it's
important that we show up to keep an eye on Chairman Robert Anderson. Remember how he's in favor of this project
and how impatient he got when anyone disagreed with him?
Well, It seems that Mr. Anderson not only is the chairman of the Zoning Board that votes on, and influences other members on,
the special permit application so that Eastland Partners can build phony duplexes on land zoned for single family homes,
but he's also a contractor who, in the past, applied for, and got, the same special permits to build his
own phony duplexes on Plummer Ave and Edgemere Ave.

TOWN MEETING - Despite the post card that I got in the mail saying that the town meeting warrant can be found at www.Northbridgemass.org, it's not there. The warrants go up to last Spring and stop. I'll post a link here when anf if they post it.
