TOWN MEETING - Article 7 of the town meeting is to ammend the zoning laws to allow multi-family homes in R-6 zoned areas. The only place this occurs is in the property between the Chinese restaurant and the High School. This does NOT directly affect the Fox Hollow development. I went to the last planning board meeting about this and I saw what the owners want to do. It's nothing on a grand scale. Also, none of the ubutters showed up for this one so it's probably going to go through. Town Meeting Warrant
Planning Board meeting cancelled because of the Town Meeting on the same day. There's no Agenda set for the next planning board or zoning board meetings yet. I will let you know when I hear differently.
